What it is
蒜香骨 is one of our house signatures. Pork ribs are marinated, then fried until the outside is crisp and the meat stays juicy, and finished with a generous pile of golden fried garlic.
How it tastes
Crunchy, savoury and very garlicky, without chilli heat. Easy to love for first-timers and kids, and great with a cold drink.
How to order it
A crowd-pleaser to share. It balances a table that also has a saucy braise or one of the spicy Sichuan dishes.
